“My wife and I were stranded in a parking lot in Moses Lake at 9:45 on Sunday morning. Our insurance company chose Agri-fix to come and tow our car. We were a little nervous as it is a classic 1968 Dodge Dart with a new custom paint job. DJ arrived very quickly with the truck. He appreciated our car and handled it carefully and professionally. “Agri-Fix went above and beyond. Our driver was professional, communicative and extremely courteous and gracious in accommodating a special request that made my life as the customer significantly easier.

The best part - TOW TRUCK KARAOKE. Nothing passes the time like belting Phantom of the Opera, Queen and other classics while driving through the Palouse. It will forever be a bright and hilarious memory on what started as a pretty rough day.

“Our boat trailer blew a wheel bearing. Shelby came to help us. He efficiently and professionally got our boat loaded on the flat bed to tow it 60 miles back to our home town. Shelby was friendly,.professional and took the time needed to safely load our boat without damage.”

“We were on our way to Idaho to visit our twin grandbabies first birthday when the car stopped working 20 miles west of Ritzville on I-90 East, literally in the middle of nowhere. Jon not only rescued us, but towed us 80 miles to the dealership in Spokane so the car could get fixed. He was a complete professional and an absolute delight! We spent an hour and change singing “Tow Truck Karaoke” and made an otherwise stressful situation fun. I highly recommend Agri-Fix and if you have a choice... request Jon!!!”

“On 3 May, just shy of halfway between Moses Lake and Ritzville we had a blowout. Since this was our second of the day we didn't have a spare. Agri-Fix didn't have a wheel and tire they could sell us; however, they did have one on a trailer of theirs. When Agri-Fix came to the rescue they let us borrow a tire and wheel. Instead of having us head back to Moses Lake where their shop was, the repair driver followed us to the Les Schwab in Ritzville, where he helped us get set up for the night, removed the wheel and headed back to Moses Lake. I hope to never need this service again; however, we would highly recommend them for your needs. As a side note, the WSP Trooper who stopped to assist said she loved Agri-Fix.”
